MUW Student Awarded Scholarship

BRUCE, Miss. (WCBI) – A local college student is getting some financial help to continue her college education.

On Saturday, Keeshaune Pomerlee was awarded a scholarship at the 30th annual AD Goodman scholarship banquet.

Pomerlee is a Bruce High School alumna and is currently attending Mississippi University for Women, majoring in pre-nursing.

Chancery Clerk Romona Tillman and Mary Herrod were also honored at the scholarship banquet.
