Scholarship Fund Honors Ole Miss Player

 COLUMBUS, Miss (WCBI)-  The family of an Ole Miss football player killed in a car crash last month is honoring his memory by helping other young students with their college education.

The “Park Stevens Memorial Scholarship Fund” was established through the University of Mississippi Foundation.

Stevens walked on to the Ole Miss football team this spring. He graduated from New Hope High School and spent two seasons at East Central Community College.

He died from injuries he sustained in a car accident in July.
