Video: Arrest Made in Winona Shooting Death

WINONA, Miss. (WCBI) – Winona Police have made an arrest in connection to the murder of 21-year-old Javon Johnson. 23-year-old Eddie Green of Winona is in police custody. Authorities have not released what Green is charged with, but confirm that it is in connection to Johnson’s death. More arrests are expected. The incident happened June 14th on Campbell Street in Winona. Johnson was found on the ground suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was airlifted to UMC where he later died.
