At California restaurants, plastic straws to be “by request only”

Starting next year in California, if you want a plastic straw at a restaurant, you’ll have to ask for one. On Thursday Governor Jerry Brown signed the bill aimed at cutting down on pollution that he says had led to disastrous consequences for ocean wildlife. KCBS reporter Stacey Butler has the story. Father of Maria Butina denies she is a Russian spy
