Brighter, Warmer Weekend Ahead

Saturday's Planner

Saturday’s Planner

FRIDAY EVENING/NIGHT: Clear and cool during the evening with temperatures in the 40s. Jackets will certainly be needed for high school football playoff action. Overnight lows should be in the mid 30s but it won’t be as cold as the last few nights.

SATURDAY: We’ll enjoy abundant sunshine and highs in the 60s. Things look great for football games in Starkville and Tuscaloosa but it will be a bit chilly early in the morning for those pregame tailgates. Lows Saturday night look to be in the upper 30s.

SUNDAY: Another great day is on tap but there will be an increase in clouds during the day. Highs stay in the 60s. Milder 40s are likely Sunday night.

MONDAY: A few isolated showers are possible but the chance of rain is just 20%. Seasonable highs in the upper 50s can be expected.

TUESDAY-FRIDAY: Peaceful weather is more likely than not in our area through Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday. We’re going to keep highs around 60 with overnight lows in the 30s. That’s about where we should be for this time of year.
