Chilly and Showery Good Friday.

FRIDAY:  An unusually raw and nasty day is likely for April here in the Deep South. Look for highs to be in the upper 40s and low 50s with WNW winds between 10 and 25 mph. There is also a 70% chance of passing showers throughout the day.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Most of the showers will dissipate but areas of clouds may continue. It’ll be a cool night with lows in the mid to low 40s.

SATURDAY: Our northeastern counties may wake up to clouds but the trend for all of us will be for developing sunshine as the day wears on.  Highs may max out only in the mid 60s.  Northwesterly breezes will continue between 10 and 20 mph.  Cool low 40s are on track for Saturday night.

EASTER SUNDAY:  The sun returns!  Yes, it will be great day with sunny skies and seasonably mild highs in the upper 70s.

NEXT WEEK: Nice and quiet conditions are in order for the start of the week. Highs are going to hover around 80 while lows moderate back into the 50s.  More rain and storms are possible again by Wednesday afternoon and Thursday.
