Fire crews responded to Hopewell Missionary Baptist church just after 9 last night where the found the church fully involved. The words Vote Trump were spray painted on the side of the building as well. They say that action is being interpreted as a way to intimidate voters and falls under the federal hate crime laws. Federal, State and local investigators are all working on the case and have already interviewed one person of interest in the case. Church leaders say they are troubled by the loss of the 111 year old church but vow to rebuild in the same spot.
