Drier Start To Week; Showers and Storms Return Wednesday.

TODAY: A light, lingering shower will be possible early this morning, then drying out as we go through the rest of the day. Temperatures climb into the mid to upper 60s under partly sunny skies. Mostly clear and cool overnight. Lows drop into the upper 30s and low 40s.

TUESDAY: Mostly sunny and pleasant. Highs in the low 70s. Clouds increase overnight with around a 30% chance of showers between 7 pm and midnight, then a higher chance of rain into early Wednesday morning. Lows drop into the upper 50s.

WED/THU: Showers and thunderstorms likely Wednesday as a cold front approaches the area. Highs climb into the low to mid 70s. Lows drop into the upper 50s Wednesday night, with showers and thunderstorms continuing. Some storms late Wednesday night and into Thursday morning could be strong. Widespread severe weather looks unlikely for now. A bit cooler Thursday behind the cold front. Highs in the mid 60s with showers continuing through at least part of the day.

FRI/SAT/SUN: Sunshine returns to make for a beautiful end to the week. Highs climb from the low 60s Friday to the upper 60s and low 70s Sunday. Lows Friday and Saturday night drop into the 30s.
