Early Season Heat Wave Developing

TUESDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy during the early evening with a few spotty showers possible. Some low clouds will fill in late. Muggy during the evening with 80s giving way to 70s. Overnight lows should be in the upper 60s to around 70° with southerly breezes between 5 and 15 mph.

WEDNESDAY: Variably cloudy, warm, and humid. Daytime highs in the upper 80s to around 90° can be expected.  There is a 20% chance for a few pop-up showers or storms but most locations will remain dry.  Lows are going to remain in the upper 60s Wednesday night.

THURSDAY-TUESDAY: A big area of high pressure is going to keep our region sunny and HOT all the way through the long Memorial Day weekend.  Look for highs as warm as the mid 90s with overnight lows in the upper 60s to around 70°.  The chance of rain is basically zero so get those weekend plans ready to go!
