The suit claims former Deputy Eric Sloan and others raided the home based on inaccurate information to obtain a search warrant. The suit filed by Keetons heirs says Narcotics Investigator Sloan orchestrated the raid in order to steal 20 thousand dollars he thought Keeton was keeping in the home. The suit also claims at least one of the deputies in the raid had been drinking before officers entered the home.
