Man will Plead Guilty to Defrauding the Government
UNDATED, Miss. (WCBI)–A man is indicted and will plead guilty to defrauding the Federal Emergency Management Agency. 62 year-old James W. Pulliam of Mansfield, Texas claimed that a house that was damaged in Houston, Mississippi was his primary residence and it was not. Court records say he applied for an amount that was more than $1,000. Residents in the area were allowed to seek assistance after a disaster declaration was made in response to an outbreak of tornados that tore across the South last April (4-11).
