Saturday Cold Front

TONIGHT:  A mix of clouds and stars should be the norm.  Look for lows mainly in the 40s with light wind.

THURSDAY:  Conditions appear to be pretty good for us with variably cloudy skies and seasonable highs in the 60s.  There will be northeasterly breeze between 5 and 10 mph.

THURSDAY NIGHT: Mainly clear and chilly weather sets up but it will be a quiet night overall. Lows will be in the upper 30s to lower 40s.

FRIDAY:  Seasonably mild highs in the upper 60s or lower 70s remain on track as southeasterly breezes develop.  Mostly sunny to partly cloudy should continue.  Conditions are going to be pretty good for high school playoff football this week!

SATURDAY:  There is a 50% to 60% chance of showers and storms with a passing cold front. Most of the wet weather appears like it will occur during the afternoon hours.  While we can’t rule out a few strong & gusty storms, most if not all of the activity should remain well below severe limits.  Look for highs in the upper 60s.

SUNDAY:  Sunny skies and much colder highs in the mid 50s return to the region.  Lows Sunday night may dip into the upper 20s!

NEXT WEEK:  Conditions are looking pretty good for early holiday travel throughout the region Monday & Tuesday.  Some wet weather is possible during the Thanksgiving weekend but it’s just too early to tell what, if anything, will develop.  Our computer guidance is all over the map at this point so the best bet is to just stay tuned for updates.
