Rain Chances Increase, Warmer Next Week

SUMMARY: Rain chances increase slightly for the end of the week and into the weekend as highs remain in the low to mid 90s. Chances for pop-up showers and storms continue into next week with highs staying in the mid 90s. Heat index values could approach 105° next week.

THURSDAY: Scattered showers and storms in the afternoon, highs in the mid 90s. Any rain will knock the temperature down a few degrees.

THURSDAY NIGHT: Showers and storms fade after sunset, but mild and muggy weather continues with a low in the mid 70s.

FRIDAY-SATURDAY: More chances for showers and storms throughout Friday and Saturday. Not everyone will see constant rain, but it’s likely that everyone will see some rain at some point. Showers and storms will help to keep us a little cooler, but highs will still be in the low 90s.

SUNDAY-WEDNESDAY: Pop-up showers and storms remain possible into next week. Temperatures will warm back up into the mid 90s with heat index values nearing 105°.
