Showers returning Saturday

SUMMARY: Some showers are possible Saturday and Saturday night with another disturbance pushing across the region. Slightly less active weather will build back in briefly for Sunday and Monday. The middle to end of next week remains in doubt as our area looks to be right in the middle of a battleground between warm and cold air. Large temperature extremes, rain, and some wintry weather all remain possible. Stay tuned for updates during the weekend.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Partly cloudy and quiet during the evening with increasing clouds overnight. Lows in the low 30s. Calm wind.

SATURDAY: Becoming mostly cloudy. Areas of showers are possible from late morning through the afternoon. Highs in the upper 40s to around 50. Winds SE 5-15 mph.

SATURDAY NIGHT: Mostly cloudy with areas of rain. Turning colder late with lows in the low 30s.

SUNDAY: Brighter skies. Seasonably cool highs around 50.

SUNDAY NIGHT: Mainly clear. Lows in the upper 20s.

MONDAY: A mix of sun & clouds. Highs in the upper 50s to around 60.

MONDAY NIGHT: Variably cloudy. Lows in the mid 40s.

TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy. Showers possible. Highs in the 60s.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy. Showers possible. Highs in the upper 50s.

THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy. Areas of rain possible. Highs in the 50s.

FRIDAY: Mostly cloudy. Turning colder. Highs the 40s and 30s.
