Few Showers Today. Nice Weekend.

TODAY: Scattered showers, especially in the morning hours. Otherwise mostly cloudy. Highs in the upper 60s. Rain ending by the evening hours. Lows in the mid 40s.

FRI/SAT/SUN: Temperatures take a slight dip Friday into the mid 60s, and overnight lows drop to the upper 30s and lower 40s. Temperatures rebound into the weekend, with high temperatures climbing into the mid to upper 60s Saturday and upper 60s Sunday. Overnight lows climb from the low 40s Saturday night to the upper 40s Sunday night. Skies will remain partly cloudy to mostly sunny through the end of the week.

MONDAY: Our next cold front will be off to our northwest on Monday. High temperatures climb into the low 70s as clouds increase through the day. A rogue shower cannot be ruled out during the day.  It appears most of the rain will hold off until Tuesday. Rain chance around 10%.

TUESDAY: Scattered showers and thunderstorms across the area as a cold front dips through. Highs in the mid to upper 60s. A lingering shower or two possible overnight. Lows around 40°.

WEDNESDAY: Temperatures drop off significantly as we head into the middle of the week. Some lingering moisture may still be present Wednesday. Highs around 50°. An isolated shower cannot be ruled out. Beyond Wednesday, indications are that we may see even colder air filter in across the deep south.
