TONIGHT:  Clear, quiet, and comfortable conditions will be enjoyed. Lows will be in the low 60s.  A few low lying spots may briefly dip into the upper 50s.

FRIDAY:  Simply stunning late summer weather is on track for the end of the work week. Look for mainly sunny skies along with highs in the upper 80s.  The 2nd week of high school football will go off without a hitch from Mother Nature.  Kickoff temps will be in the low 80s with 4th quarter conditions in the 70s.

WEEKEND:  We envision a fair amount of sunshine along with warm highs in the upper 80s.  Saturday is looking dry but a few pop-up showers or storms can’t rule ruled out on Sunday.

NEXT WEEK:  All eyes in the weather world will continue to be on remnants of Hurricane Harvey.  Model data continue to suggest the remains will shift to the northeast by the middle of the week but confidence is low this far out in time. However, if this manages to become the case then widespread heavy rain would affect a good chunk of our area the middle of the week.  This solution is still up in the air but it definitely bears watching.
