WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Generally clear conditions are expected with cold lows in the upper 20s.  Northerly breezes will relax.

THANKSGIVING DAY:  Look for widespread sunshine along with seasonably cool highs in the mid to upper 50s.  Winds stay from the north between 5 and 10 mph.  Conditions are going to be superb for tailgating in Starkville for the lead up to the Egg Bowl. You’ll need a coat and hat for the actual game with temperatures cool into the 40s and 30s in the evening.

FRIDAY:  The big shopping day after Thanksgiving is shaping up to be pretty good as well.  Highs rebound back into the low 60s under sunny skies.

SATURDAY: Mostly sunny conditions stick around but a southerly breeze is expected to warm us up a bit more. Highs should be back into the mid to upper 60.  A weak cold front will pass by late but it won’t bring any moisture or inclement weather.

SUNDAY: Continued sunshine and 60s stay in place across the region.  There won’t be any travel issues for folks heading home.

NEXT WEEK:  Rather benign weather is still more likely than not for most of the week.  The next chance of any rain looks to be next Wednesday but the odds are fairly low at this point.
