Sunny Wednesday, Milder Valentine’s Day

TUESDAY NIGHT: Clear and cool with lows in the low 30s. Some areas of fog are possible once the wind becomes light and variable.

WEDNESDAY:  Bright sunshine and variable winds will make for a wonderful winter day all around the region.  Highs should top out in the upper 50s to around 60.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT:  Another quiet night is on tap. Lows may be a touch warmer but we’re still forecasting mid to upper 30s.

VALENTINE’S DAY:  Clouds are expected to increase during the day but it now appears as though the area will remain dry.  Milder highs in the mid 60s look achievable at this point.

FRIDAY:  We’re keeping rain chances at 50% as a cold front and disturbance eases in from the north.  Mild highs in the 60s may stick around for most of us but some of our northern areas may start to cool behind the cold front.

WEEKEND – NEXT WEEK:  A stalled frontal boundary will keep rain chances going through the weekend and into early next week.  It’s also going to make for a tricky temperature forecast each and every day.   Forecast confidence is rather low after Friday so be sure to look for changes during the next few days.
