Very Warm Through Thursday

MONDAY NIGHT: Cloudy and mild with lows in the upper 50s to around 60. Light southerly winds continue. A few isolated showers are possible but we’re keeping the rain chance at just 20%.

TUESDAY-THURSDAY: Unseasonably warm February weather sticks around. Look for highs in the 70s. It’s certainly possible some new record highs may occur Wednesday and Thursday. Southerly winds will gradually increase and become quite breezy on Thursday. Odds of rain and storms between 30-40% are good for the next 2 days with an increase in chances Thursday afternoon and Thursday evening with an incoming cold front. Any strong/severe storm development with the cold front appears Thursday UNLIKELY at this time but we’ll continue to evaluate things going forward. Overnight lows in the upper 50s and 60s will be WARMER than our average HIGHS for this time of year.

FRIDAY: A few lingering showers are possible but a nice clearing trend is expected to occur. Much cooler highs in the 40s are more likely than not to return. Lows may tumble back into the upper 20s Friday night/Saturday morning.

WEEKEND: Saturday is looking partly cloudy and cool with highs mainly in the 40s. The chance of showers returns on Sunday with temperatures holding mainly in the 40s.
