Warm, muggy, storm chances

SUMMARY:  Our standard warm & muggy weather pattern is going to remain in place indefinitely.  Expect highs in the 80s and low 90s over the coming week along with lows mainly in the 70s.  There will be a higher chance of rain and storms Sunday into Monday.

THURSDAY NIGHT: An isolated evening shower or storm is possible. Partly cloudy skies  with lows in the lower 70s.  Winds SW 3-6 mph.

FRIDAY: Partly cloudy, warm, and muggy.  A 30-40% chance of pop-up showers and storms during the heating of the day.  Highs in the upper 80s to lower 90s.  Heat indices in the mid to upper 90s.

FRIDAY NIGHT: Variably cloudy. Lows in the lower 70s.

SATURDAY: Continued warm and humid. Highs around 90.  A 40% chance of pop-up showers and storms.  Lows in the lower 70s Saturday night with a few showers and storms possible.

SUNDAY & MONDAY: A better chance of scattered showers and storms with a cold front in the region. Highs in the mid to upper 80s. Lows around 70.

WEDNESDAY – FRIDAY:  Rain and storm chances look to lower a bit.  Highs should warm back up into the lower 90s by the end of the week.
