Warm But Nice Labor Day, Rain Returns Tuesday, and Cooler To End Week.

TODAY: A fairly nice Labor Day in store for us. Highs in the upper 80s, no rain chance and partly cloudy. Pretty good weather for the grill masters, but perhaps they should keep a cold beverage nearby (water is best for hydration). Be sure to use sunscreen if you are planning to be in the sun for long periods of time today.

TONIGHT: Clear and calm, with lows in the upper 60s.

TUESDAY: Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms as a cold front moves southward through our area. Highs in the low to mid 80s. Rain chance around 60%.

WEDNESDAY: A few lingering showers possible in the morning, then noticeably cooler with highs in the upper 70s and lower 80s. Rain chance in the morning around 30%.

THU/FRI: Highs in the mid 70s on Thursday and upper 70s on Friday. Dry and comfortable, with lots of sunshine. Overnight lows dipping onto the low to mid 50s.

WEEKEND: Highs climbing back into the low 80s. Sunny and pleasant weather continues.
