Warm & Unsettled Week Ahead

TONIGHT: Variably cloudy skies will be the norm during the evening but clouds are going to fill in during the night. Lows will be around 60. Winds from the SSE between 5 and 15 mph will continue.

TUESDAY: We’ll start the day off on a cloudy note but the clouds should break up a bit as the day goes on. Any peak of sun should get us up into the upper 70s to lower 80s. Some new record highs are possible. Rain chances are going to remain low at 20% or less. Breezes from the SSE between 10 and 20 mph will continue to bring in plenty of humidity.

WEDNESDAY: Another very warm day is likely with expected highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s. Rain and storm chances go up to around 60% during the afternoon and evening hours.

THURSDAY: There is a 60% chance of showers. Cooler highs in the upper 60s to mid 70s are more likely.

FRIDAY: A surge of warm, humid air from the Gulf should boost us back up into the upper 70s to lower 80s during the day. Once again a few passing showers can’t be ruled out but rain chances remain low at 20%.

SATURDAY: The chance of rain and storms is 50%. There is the potential for a few strong to severe storms Saturday evening/night with a cold front. Highs during the day should be near 80.
