TODAY: A mix of sun and clouds. A stray shower can’t be ruled out in the afternoon, especially along the I-55 corridor. Highs in the upper 60s to around 70°. Overnight, a few isolated showers possible. Mostly cloudy with lows in the low 50s. Chance of rain 10%.

THURSDAY: Scattered showers through the morning, with the potential for a few lingering showers in the afternoon. Mostly cloudy, with highs in the upper 60s. Chance of rain 40%. Overnight lows in the upper 40s.

FRI/SAT/SUN: Highs in the mid 60s Friday climbing into the upper 60s by Sunday. Mostly sunny through the end of the week. Overnight lows in the 40s.

MON/TUE: Model solutions diverge as we get into next week, particularly regarding the timing of our next big pattern change. Highs in the upper 60s on Monday. Tuesday, rain chances return to our area. Highs in the low 60s.
