Boil Water Alert Issued for Southern Lowndes Co.

LOWNDES COUNTY, Miss. (WCBI) — A boil water notice has been issued for some Lowndes County residents due to a broken line.

The South Lowndes Water Association issued the alert Wednesday, and it’s in effect until further notice.

Customers east of Highway 45 are being impacted.
