November 17th-18th Tornadoes

The National Weather Service has confirmed 13 tornadoes in the State of Mississippi on the night of November 17th-18th.  A total of 5 occurred in the WCBI viewing area: 3 in western and southwestern Winston County, 1 in Lowndes County near Columbus AFB, and 1 in Pontotoc County.  All of the tornadoes have been rated either EF-0 or EF-1 with wind speeds between 65 and 110 mph.
