The Tishomingo County Sheriff's Department said Durham had been under surveillance by narcotics investigators due to alleged illegal activity.

Tishomingo County Sheriff's deputies made the arrests after hearing complaints about drug use at that motel.

Nathan Kyles pleaded guilty to having a cell phone that had pictures or video of minors engaging in sexually explicit behavior.
