On Friday, deputies responded to a welfare concern, after someone noticed a man sitting in a vehicle that was blocking a road near Tishomingo.

A traffic stop in Tishomingo County landed a Fulton woman in jail.

In the past week, Amory police officers have arrested four different people and charged each with Possession of Methamphetamine.

Her bond is set at nearly $11,000.

Both have a bond set at $2 million.

Police Chief Fred Shelton said the calls were sexual in nature and directed at female staff members of the business.

Jamie Welch is one of five people arrested in the August 2015 assault of Charles Womack.

Bond has not been set yet. 

Police were called to the Rolling Hills Apartments on East Garrard Road to a reported assault Saturday.

The businesses has since been shut down and will remain closed until a permit for operation is up to code.

Early Sunday morning Lowndes County deputies were dispatched to Applewood Apartments on William Roberts Road, to a report of an assault happening in the parking lot.

David Cassidy of Ethelsville, Alabama is charged with Attempted Burglary of an Occupied Dwelling and Simple Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer.

Williams is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.

Both suspects are still in Clay County Detention Center. 

Tishomingo County investigators said a burglary at a local business was stopped as the suspect was pulling off with the vehicle.

Other agencies are interested in talking to her about other crimes.

Johnny Dale Murphy of Booneville was arrested after an undercover investigation led to his indictment by a Prentiss County Grand Jury.
