Ashleigh Bryant is the Chief Meteorlogist of WCBI, as of June 2025. Ashleigh originally joined the WCBI Weather Team in August of 2022. Through intense severe weather events, tropical impacts, and winter storms, as well as calm days, Ashleigh’s number one priority is the viewers of NE Mississippi and western Alabama. She always wants the viewers to be their safest and happiest.
Ashleigh Bryant grew up in Kennesaw, Georgia and moved to Mobile, Alabama for college. Ashleigh graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Meteorology and a minor in Mathematics.
From college, Ashleigh Bryant moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming to start her broadcast career. There, she covered winter storms, fire weather, and frequent high wind warnings. While in Wyoming, Ashleigh was able to do live weather forecasts from the world’s largest outdoor rodeo, Cheyenne Frontier Days.
