Police say Brooks allegedly choked a woman at an apartment on Catherine Street.

The suspect went into the Dollar General on Highway 50 at 9:46 p.m. Sunday. 

The sheriff says the investigation revealed that the three suspects took advantage of the victims, coercing them into prostitution.

John Sparks, 40, of Iuka, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and failing to register as a sex offender.

Fulton was pulled over and CPD found the stolen items, which were later returned to the owner.

Bernard "Bo" Shipp 44, of Corinth, was charged with two counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. 

He made the plea deal in federal court. Abston pled to one count of wire fraud and one count of filing a false tax return.
