The car has a Lowndes County tag.

Deputies told WCBI the victim was visiting a family member, when the alleged incident happened earlier this year.

The alleged incident happened on Chisholm Drive, which is in the Sunset subdivision, on Sunday afternoon. 

At the time, Columbus police told WCBI the victim let Tate and two other suspects inside the house.

Lee County Coroner Carolyn Green said the victim has been identified as Walter Gillespie, 50.

Investigators said based on the injuries she sustained, Tate was arrested.

He was charged with careless driving, DUI other, and resisting arrest.

Oktibbeha County investigators said the victims left the bar after the argument and Buchanan followed them down Highway 182.

A Houlka officer found the woman and a witness told them who allegedly shot the woman during an argument.

Riggins shot Glenn on March 24 of 2018 and was briefly on the run. He turned himself into police in Georgia.

The offenses were found to be aggravated, which means McGee to be sentenced as a habitual offender based on a prior conviction.

McLeod is also wanted by the State Department of Corrections, and the Mississippi State University Police.

He is believed to be driving a tan/brown Chevy trailblazer. 

A warrant for Cunningham was issued after the burglary happened August 1 at the Social Block Apartments. 

Once on the scene, officers learned the suspect had been in an altercation, with another employee the night before, at the restaurant.

Anyone who knows the suspect's identity is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Northeast Mississippi.

Deputies are searching for a stolen red 2006 Freightliner semi-tractor and a 1997 chip hauler.
